I am very unhappy with the flowers that my mother received for her birthday. I feel that I paid way too much for what was given. There are 3 options for you to choose on the size and quality of your picked flowers. I usually order the first and cheapest option from other websites but considering that today is her 50th, I wanted a very nice special arrangement. The quality of the flowers that were received are no more than the standard quality. There is absolutely nothing special about them at all and look nothing like the ones I picked out online. I am aware that because of the season, I might not have received the exact ones, but these are very disappointing. I was expecting them to be more full and have a lot more flowers since I ordered the highest quality available. But like I said, they are just standard. I'm trying to decide if there is a way to get some money back, but I feel like the hassle won't even be worth it. However I do not blame this on the website. I believe it was the local florists that was in the wrong for my purchase.

The flowers are horrible

The flowers are horrible. They look worse than ones I could have picked up at the grocery store.

ALSO THE VASE is not what I ordered. I ordered a vase with a picture on it not the clear tiny glass vase it came in.

VERY UNHAPPY

I paid the extra fee to have this received on the same day. The product was not received the day it was promised, I was unable to track my order on their website so per their instructions I sent an email that promised feedback in 1 hour. Three hours later, no email received. Called the number on their website and sat on hold about 5 mins. The guy that finally answered didn't act at all surprised that they couldn't fulfill the order and said he'd try to get it to her the next day but could make no promises. I have not been credited the expedite fee.

I have since read consumer reviews on this company and find that this is the norm with this firm. I was one of the lucky ones. At least the product delivered resembled what I ordered. I have since put a watch on the credit card I used to make sure they do not make any additional charges to my card (apparently that has also happened in the past with this company).
