I got the upgraded product and I even wrote a message on the card and they wrote my message incorrectly, in the arrangement was the size of the normal $29 arrangement. Not sure if I will purchase that again. And not pleased with the florist for not writing the message properly for $54 I would have expected a lot more.

Last order went great. This order was not long stem roses in picture vase has ordered and paid for. Roses were already full bloom and falling over in clear vase. Two things of babies breathe- embarrassing-
Gory outliers was great customer service but vendor they use dishonest. Glad I asked for a picture to be sent upon arrival. And vendor said will replace but wants others back- I again asked for picture of new order.

Flowers are always so expensive and I was tight on cash so I picked the least expensive arrangement I could. The friend I sent them to did send me a photo and it was a very nice, simple arrangement - exactly what I was hoping for.
I paid expedited charges to have the order delivered before 12pm and it wasn't received until almost 2pm. Also,the balloon/color combination was not worth the wait$50 I spent.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
