Nice site...I hope all the florists you partner with do as nice of a job on the arrangements as you portray on your site. I'm disappointed that the twig-like branches where not included in the vase but overall the arrangement was very nice. Customer Care is processing a 10% refund for the missing twigs.

The basket I ordered was supposed to be full of candy and instead had crackers, Pringles, cheap cookies and only 1 candy bar. I'm was not happy with this order. I will not use this service again.

The recipient sent me a photo of the basket & I was disappointed that the food looked cheap & nothing was there from the photo that I could see. One Popcorn, one small peanut bag, one cracker, pretzels, This basket cost me over $60 & I expected more. It looks like I could have made it myself for $10-15. Or I could have just gotten the surprise basket that was a lot cheaper but I didn't because it looked like I was going to get what was in the photo or close to it. Wish I hadn't spent so much money on this one.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
