I wish I had better news to share. I ordered three arrangements for a party to save myself time. I wanted them to have a theme (sunflowers) but not be identical so I selected three that were lovely in the pictures. None of them looked like the pictures. I understand that substitutions need to be made but if they are substantive than someone should call to give the customer the option of changing the order. I spent over an hour on the phone with various people in customer service and finally they agreed to redeliver the arrangement that was the most unlike the photo. I understand I could go to a florist and get exactly what I want. But isn't that also why there are photos? I also understand From You Flowers has to work with florists. I hope they follow-up with the three they used for these arrangements to do some quality control. Meanwhile, I will now have to go the store and buy additional flowers to salvage the other two arrangements.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
