These roses were shipped UPS. They were left at the door of a business that was closed. Once I received the roses they were nicely boxed up with a vase. I had to put them together myself. In the picture on the website it shows baby's breath along with the roses, there was none, just roses. I have ordered from the site once and I was really impressed but then again the flowers were delivered by a florist to my parents. I would not order flowers again that are shipped via UPS. Pick florist delivery and all will be fine.
Overall good. The total price took me by surprise because I didn't know the amount for shipping and handling until after.

**** So I placed the order because I found it on line with the Same Day Delivery. Within a couple of hours My boss was in his office thanking us for thinking of him on his birthday! What a relief! The basket looked great and everything looked the way the picture did!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
