It is the second time I've ordered online. The first time was a disaster from a different company. I was very nervous that my friend wouldn't get it because I'm ordering from United Kingdom. It was absolutely beautiful arrived on time and. Everything was intact. I bless you from the bottom of my heart I will use you forever. Easy to order. Need to see that the flowers arrive and in good shape before I can say more.
The flowers were for my parents so I have not seen them, however, I kept checking the transit and realized that the flowers were out for delivery from before 7am till 5:45 when they were delivered. I can only hope they were still fresh. They were delivered at the basement door of my parents' house not the obvious front door or back door of the house. If I had not called to see if they had gotten the flowers, my parents would not have found them for days. When I prompted them, my mom checked the front and back doors, when walked the perimeter of the house to find them.
I was very pleased with the flowers however I wS not very pleased with the fees $20.00 is a bit much and that's considering I got a $10.00 discount.
The flower prices are reasonable but not the fees.
