Quick easy really nice
I paid for 4 hour delivery and it did not arrive till the next day over 24 hours later. The flowers don't look like the ones on the website, if you would like me to have my daughter send you a picture of what she received I sure will. Smaller amount of flowers, not the same kind and the bow is just a big blob.
I did receive an email stating you would not charge me for the 4 hour delivery fee.

I paid for expedited delivery, which stated delivery would take place before 12:00pm PST. The flowers did not arrive until nearly 12:50pm PST. Luckily, the person I was gifting these to was still there. But I am thoroughly disappointed that these were not delivered before 12:00pm PST.
I would appreciate a refund of fee for expediting the flower delivery.

I liked everything except the popup at the end. If I had not caught it, I would have been paying another $35 for a magazine I have no interest in. That's just not good business... It is a good way to loose follow up business however.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
