I ordered flowers for my aunt who suffered a stroke in January, 2016. I placed my order on, 1/25 and it was never delivered. This company took my money with no problem, but they can't even promise a delivery. They are the worst and I mean the worst company ever. I called today and the customer service rep allowed a refund and was extremely apologetic. I wanted to tell her to look for another job, because the company she works for will be going out of business. Way to go, From you flowers you'll be going out of business soon. Wish I had read reviews before placing a order.
$15 "handling fee" at the end seems a little ridiculous. Might want to mention that up front or include in the price. Was quite a surprise in the end.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
