This was the first time I have utilized the service. Thought I paid $119 for an Orchid arrangement. What was delivered was a bouquet with a couple of Orchids, lots of cheap white Lilies (person I sent this to does not like Lilies) and some red Roses I'm assuming were left over from last Sunday. To me it resembled a funeral spray. Very dissatisfied for the price paid and will not order from this company again.
It's very easy and convenient and I love it

The cost should be with the "handling" etc charge. To order something for $24.99 and have another $14.99 added to it, plus delivery plus tax makes a $25 purchase $50.

I placed an order 2/18 and wasn't informed via text/call/email when the florist "attempted to deliver" the gift basket for my boss since he got into an accident. I called customer service, spoke with 3 people, and received $10 discount, waived same day fee, and assured me they would send it by morning. He received it at 12:40pm (a day later). I really don't want to go through this trouble again. The whole team pinched in from their OWN money to get it delivered the same day and did not get the satisfaction they paid for. It wasn't worth it.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
