I wish the flowers and delivery charges weren't so much, but, I understand that sending flowers with same day delivery isn't necessarily going to be "cheap". I did very much appreciate that the florist was contacted and asked to deliver the flowers I ordered in time for the funeral today (after I placed the order last night), and I heard from people who were there before the funeral that the flowers arrived early! So, thank you very much for that. :)
I should have gone with a local company. I have had zero luck receiving an email about my delivery that should have been delivered by 6 today for my best friends birthday and they pulled 2 times the amount of money out of my bank account! What a rip off. Shop local!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
