Leaves a bit of a sour taste to just slip, a $15 delivery fee on the last page. I know they're being delivered so be up front about the price, maybe even include in the price.
I thought I was going to have it sent the day I ordered it but when I got on the site it indicated the next day. The couple I gave it to loved it and commented on how nice it was packaged. And so much more fun then a basket of flowers! I will plan on ordering from you in the future.
Paid extra because i wanted my order to be shipped on time and they didn't even get my order right. I have been calling them to try and get what they didn't send me but no luck! I hate that I call customer service and they tell me they can help but they really don't! To this day I still haven't got My complete order but let me tell you im not going to continue to waste my time and call them when I know im not being listened to!

Need to show shipping costs sooner. It is always irritating to get that unpleasant surprise in the last possible screen. The flowers died within a day of receiving. You ship to upstate NY and we have cold weather so I think they were suffering in transit. It was basically a $100.00 wasted.
Suppose to be 39.99 minus $10 and charged 49.99 - $10
