I thought my friend had been discharged from the hospital so I entered her home address for delivery. Upon realizing (Saturday night) she was still in the hospital I called your customer service and was able to change the delivery address to the hospital for Sunday delivery. Grateful for customer service on a Saturday night!
I was really disappointed with the "premium" size of the bouquet that we received. It was a beautiful bouquet, just very small in my opinion after specifically requesting the largest size bouquet.
The flowers were great, though the pot was different than the picture and i liked the original pot better, bt mom loved the whole thing. I am just upset I was double charged and have yet to receive my refund

The flowers weren't the same as the picture i ordered, but they were BEAUTIFUL
The color of the flowers I ordered differed a little bit from the picture online (there was a range of pinks and purples as opposed to just shades of purple as per the photo online). My mom absolutely loved it however and thought it was stunning - so I imagine the florist still did a great job of matching and arranging a suitable color palette. My mom also said that the roses smelled heavenly, which is pretty rare for roses you would get from the store. Overall, very happy. Also, the matching vase was incredibly cute.

This is my second order. I was very impressed with my first order. I received a call in the evening about the flowers that I ordered stating that they did not get delivered to the Receipant due to the Security Desk had bad info at my end. But, I still received a coupon and the service charge waived even though it was not your fault. What a good service!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
