My selection said 39.00 but when I got to the end it was 49.99 and then there was a 14.99 service charge. I know there would be a charge. But how did my selection go up to 49.99

My sister received her flowers and the price was worth it. I still think the web page is a little deceiving. We were raised on flower, So we love them and usually purchase and make our own arrangements. I was trying to get a local florist whose work I had seen Mona on St Claude in New Orleans, I called very early so I don't think they were open. My sister said the arrangement was beautiful, So good job

I understand reasonable substitutions in the flowers themselves, but when paying for the nicest bouquet size you offer, the amount of flowers should be roughly equal. This bouquet looks cheap and sparse.

The online ordering was easy to use. I would have liked to make a comment about the delivery time because no one would be home in the morning. Calling didn't work so sent an e-mail. Response was quick, but they could not give me any type of delivery time, so I was concerned about that.

Delivery was made in the afternoon, so that worked!

Well the bouquet was beautiful but didn't look like the picture at all and had only 3 roses in it when the picture of the deluxe which I paid for had 5 and there were less daisies. I also paid for the expedited shipping bcuz people couldn't wait for the flowers and it took almost the whole 4 hours. But the bouquet made my mom happy and that is what I aimed for.

Ordering was easy. What was delivered is not what was ordered. I ordered a pink spring looking arrangement. They delivered flowers that looked like Christmas. I called and they're supposed to send s new one.
