I am seriously disappointed with my order experience. I always give companies a chance to "make things right," however customer service is incredibly poor. I ordered a bouquet labeled as available for same day service, selected and paid for expedited service AND same day/weekend service, but it took more than 24 hours for the order to be delivered. I tried calling customer service to track the order, and received a message that I would need to email them instead. I then submitted my email asking for the reasons for the delay, information about when it would be delivered, and a refund for the services that were paid for but not received. The website said I would receive a response in an hour. It is now 6 hours later, and I still have not been contacted by customer service. In the meantime, the flowers have finally been received by the recipient. Based on this experience, I would be very leary of using their service in the future.

Very convenient at last minute
I payed extra to have the flowers delivered by 12pm they arrived at 3:30 the receipiant of the flowers had already left the building for the day! Very disappointed with this and would like my money back! So much for the guaranteed arrival!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
