Received one day late
My flowers ordered were beautiful, the only part missing was the banner I ordered saying beloved mother but otherwise they were perfect..
The first order had pretty flowers, but looked they someone grabbed the flowers and stuck them in a vase and tied a ribbon around it - and - the balloon I ordered wasn't attached or included. I notified the company and a new arrangement with balloon was delivered to the recipient that was prettier with balloon. Neither of the arrangements; however, looked like the arrangement in the pictures I ordered from. I spent extra money and am somewhat disappointed, but they did make it right by delivering a new arrangement within 24 hours.

The delivery was delayed and wasn't able to cancel my order. Your customers already pay too much for your flowers and your delivery fee at least get them to your customers on time. My flowers were not going to arrive on my desired date so I tried to cancel the order. Well you guys said it was too late to cancel. I don't want flowers delivered on the wrong date. When they finally arrive, one of the roses was broken. I report this and only get 15% of my money back. So you guys try to give me a gift certificate for $15 as well. I can't order anything in my area code for less than $35. It is ridiculous that I didn't get any more money back on my order for flowers that are broken when they arrive. $7 back when I paid a total of over $70 for the delivery fee and everything is awful business. I can tell you one thing, you've not only lost one customer in me but I will be telling everyone I know not to use you're business when ordering flowers or any product for that matter. I will submit reviews and post on social media about the terrible experience I had with you and how you hardly even tried to make peace with me after all of these incidents with $7 back on my card. You send me gift certificates like you expect me to ever order from you again. Lastly, how on Earth are you going to charge me Valentines Day prices on my flowers when you can't even deliver them on time. Utterly disgraceful business. I've never done business with a company so poorly run as yours.

Good flowers
Purchasing on line was good. Delivery was on time. But I was disappointed with the arrangement. It did not look like the one on the internet - it looked cheaper. Also, I ordered a Banner which was supposed to read:
Troop 333 and Packs 316 and 333. There was no banner. I was truly disappointed.
In fact there was a much bigger and more beautiful arrangement there from our District and it cost the same as your arrangement

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
