It was not a good experience. The price was right, but the flowers were not like i pictured and it was delivered late in the day right before the end of business.;-( Service is usually good but not this particualr time.

Unfortunately, I ordered these flowers for a colleague so I have no idea when they were received, if the arrangement was what I chose, etc. I'm hoping they were delivered yesterday and they were beautiful as chosen. I'm from Pittsburgh and flowers went to Atlanta.

I was surprised that the handling charge is not mentioned until the very last step in the ordering process. As a customer the first time I ordered from you I was not pleased because the handling charge was large and came as a surprise.
