I was surprised that the handling charge is not mentioned until the very last step in the ordering process. As a customer the first time I ordered from you I was not pleased because the handling charge was large and came as a surprise.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
