The bouquet was much smaller than I thought it would. I paid for the middle upgrade then got a free upgrade for not getting delivery on time and it was a very small bouquet. Customer service was very nice. Each person I talked to was pleasant. I wish the bouquets looked like the picture shown.
I was happy to find Sunday delivery and the selection was great. I was able to send flowers and a teddy bear to my 4 year old granddaughter who was sick on her birthday. The price was reasonable for the gift, but the shipping and handling almost doubled the price. That was probably because of the same day delivery.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
