So much easier than other sites. Nicer choices, no hidden fees. Easy. No stress. Customer service was exceptional. My sister loved the plant. Her daughter received them at the door first thing this morning and said it was beautiful. My sister loves the plant. The only hard part of the order was making a decision what to choose.

My mother loved the flowers she received! I couldn't tell from the picture she sent me if the premium size was as big as I hoped it would be, but she loved it nonetheless. Will shop again for more birthday surprises!

Didn't like being hit with high delivery charges after typing in all my information. Would be nice to see it before deciding to go through all the information entering.

* Update: The order was delivered as promised in it's entirety. The flowers were beautiful as was the amethyst vase. I was rather surprised at how small the box of Godiva chocolates were (4 pcs) but my wife was very happy nonetheless.

Price was great however the local florist did not deliver the flowers as pictured.not even close or before noon as I paid for expedite. Customer service quickly resolved issue and I received full refund.

After my family member received the flowers, she said they were very pretty. I'm pleased that family member received what I ordered on time.

I ordered the zen planter and received a regular planter.

I ordered a junk food basket for my nephew, who had been in an accident and will be confined to bed for a few days. I paid an extra fee to have the basket delivered the same day. The basket was not delivered until 7 pm the following day. This was very disappointing because my nephew, who is only 10, was looking for the basket for nearly 2 days. This was my first experience with fromyouflowers.com, and will probably be my last.

I was satisfied with the easy selection and checkout process on your website, however I was very dissatisfied with the customer service I received. The woman I spoke with was very rude and could not answer some of my very basic questions. My recipient was very happy with the flowers but I will hesitate ordering from this company again due to poor customer service.

I wish that the total price had been shown to me before conformation of my payment. An $8 fee was added for handling.
