So impressed by the look of the flowers, the arrangements and the layout and the ease of moving around the site and promptness of delivery promised.
Unfortunately, the picture showed pink rose colored roses and the roses delivered where red. I wanted the pink(sugar and spice) ones and this did disappoint me.

The overall experience was great. I had an issue with getting the delivery in the time I asked after paying an additional fee for expedited delivery. When I informed them of the issue my fee was refunded with no questions asked. Very good customer service and great overall experience.
For the price, it was smaller than I expected. I won't have the florist do it again cuz I was really disappointed. But the recipient loved it so that part is good. It WAS very cheerful & happy looking.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
