If you promise same day delivery before 2pm, then it should be so because you charge extra for that service. People do not stay long in the hospital these days and it is nice to have the flowers there to look at. This should not happen again. The flowers were sent as a 'Just Because.' The price was affordable for next day delivery - and the $15 upgrade from 1 dozen to 2 dozen roses was irresistible. The overall shopping experience, updating tracking and on time delivery made this purchase easy and enjoyable. My gorgeous wife said, "They are Beautiful!" Will definitely be back for future flower needs.

The flowers were delivered right on time to my sister-in-law, and she loved them!
I am kind of disappointed. I paid extra for the "deluxe", and it was worse then the picture showed. There was less flowers then shown on website, most noticeably the roses.

Easy transition
The flowers were delivered late in the evening, we don't know what time since they did not ring the bell. They were found this morning ON A RADIATOR. The delivery person could not be bothered to go up 4 floors may be?
The flowers were for my daughter's birthday. They were not delivered on time and were not fresh anymore after a night ON A RADIATOR.
THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
So far so good. The final verdict will be when the flowers are delivered & the quality! We both have very good taste.
