I used your website. It first showed me a spring bouquet. I wanted red roses for our anniversary, so I changed the screen and found those. I selected those, the checkout showed 1 item. I paid via Paypal. There was no verification from your web page that the transaction was successful, instead it still showed the confirm message, so I did it again.
You delivered TWO vases to my wife, one the roses I asked for, and one spring vase I did not ask for.
My bank shows a charge for $145.49 (THREE VASES).
I sent you an email, got a response that suggested all was normal.
I'm waiting for the mistake to be rectified.

Very smooth checkout -- only suggestion I would add is to add a feature where you can search for same-day deliveries (this can be important, especially if the person sending flowers is doing so because he [messed] up.
I had originally asked for this order to be delivered on Sunday but there was no one to do the order in the area so I emailed back and asked that the extra charge be taken off which it was however when the order was delivered my friend didn't even know she got flowers they did not ring the doorbell if they knocked on the door she didn't hear it and so they sat outside all day before she even knew that she received them. I wasn't very happy about that

I was shocked by all the additional fees, (service/Handling, Expedited fee), added on. It would be more honest to call them delivery charges!
I had gotten flowers for my girl friend and she got them so fast, I ordered them at 10am and she got them at 2pm
Thank you. Everything was wonderful, even the follow up with an error on what I thought was the billing information actually being the decedent's name. Maybe update that field naming a little more.
There were limited options for the card and for the signature. We had 7 first names to sign that only allowed for 2 names.
All in all, this was quick efficient, fair, and extremely responsive. The selections were lovely and difficult to choose our favorite. I would definitely use this service again.
Other than the very late delivery time everything else was good. I paid for expedited service but didn't get it. But overall I'm sure I will buy again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
