The website was easy to navigate...pricing was comparable with other companies...and the delivery timing was adequate. BUT the actual product was a mess! I paid for the deluxe arrangement (supposedly bigger and more flowers) but what I received not only had less flowers, but they were shoddily arranged and not even the correct flowers! Some flowers looked like they had been torn from the neighbor's weed patch! I am thoroughly displeased. I am appalled and embarrassed to give this to my grieving widowed grandmother!
Very disappointed. I ordered a beautiful arrangement on line for my mother's last day of work, as she is retiring. I also paid extra for a.m. delivery. At 3:40pm still no delivery. I had to call to check status and finally had delivery at 4:40pm. 10 minutes prior to her clocking out. Sorry but unacceptable!
I ordered same day flowers at 10 a.m. and they were delivered by 3p.m. The person receiving the flowers was very impressed with the freshness and quality. I am impressed by ability to meet customer needs. Thank You

I did not know how much it would be and when I saw the cost, I did leave the site and looked elsewhere. Offering the free delivery definitely brought me back! Thank you.

I ordered the bright blue skies deluxe bouquet and opted for same day delivery.
Unfortunately my family sent me a picture of the flowers they received and there were no blue flowers in the bouquet (only a few purple ones)!
I'm sorely disappointed because these were sent for a funeral and the main reason I purchased the "bright blue skies" deluxe bouquet package was for the blue flowers. If the local florist did not have blue flowers I wish they would have contacted me to offer a different bouquet option (instead of filling the arrangement with green foliage and cheap fillers).
I did not receive what I ordered AT ALL!
