First time to order here... would like to see edit on item to make things easier instead of having to delete the item and start over. I.e., you can't upgrade the bouquet unless you delete the item and start again... which also deletes the card and balloons.
Only issue was local florist had to do a substitution on one of the types of flowers - unexpected but not horrible - it never occurred to me some flowers weren't in stock in some florist locations. Overall a good purchase and will likely shop here again! Thank you

Besides being 1 day late.Flower arrangement did not include the flowers chosen. I was pretty bummed. Since I live 10hrs away from relative. And its the first time sending flowers.
I ordered flowers at 6:30 am and they were delivered by 11:00 am the same day. My fatherinlaw said they were beautiful! Thank you for saving me when I had accidentally forgotten his birthday

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
