I paid for 4 hour delivery. It was delivered 7-8 hours i wrote for a delivery confirmation and it took hours to receive it. Very slow service..
I thought the photo my son sent of actual delivery was smaller then didplayselling photo.

They also have a very responsive customer service team who are willing to help solve any last minute changes you may have.
Order before for my daughter, she said they were beautiful. I'm anxious to see this bouquet. I hope its just like picture. I was disappointed in this bouquet it was very small for the amount I was charge and it did not look like the picture. I see that is $10. Cheaper than the price I paid. As far as the arrangement was it the floral shop could be because the order before this was beautiful, not this one.

Straight forward and good service
I sent the flowers to my cousin who is in ICU and she couldn't have them in her room so she just got the card. They told her they would try to keep them alive while she's in there or when she gets transfered to a different room.
Your representative was very compassionate and went to extra effort to fulfill my request to add a butterfly to the arrangement. A picture sent to me showed he had 2 butterflies added... I am so grateful for the kind treatment I was afforded.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
