The arrangement was for a funeral casket - they were beautiful and certainly were appreciated by the family.
I concur with the other experiences I have read. I wish I had read these before I ordered a fruit basket yesterday. I paid extra to have it delivered at noon for my wife. By 2PM no delivery. I called. Rep stated it was in route. By 5pm still no delivery. I called to cancel. Rep stated I could not cancel if florist was in route. I told her American Express would cancel for me. Her attitude changed This company is a monumental failure and should not be in business. I received an in personal email last night offering me a $20 gift card for my trouble. It was a populated template. Please save your money and lots of heart ache. This company is horrific!

It looked cheap. I realize the bear probably wasn't going to look as pictured but this bear looked like it came from a claw machine at an arcade! It arrived after 12 as well so I paid extra for nothing.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
