It didn't take me long to spot the flower bouquet I wanted. The personalizing(adding balloons and making out the card, were easily done. The whole process went smoothly. I do have 2 suggestions though, 1 is when I selected to add 2 balloons, I was wanting to add a birthday one and an I love you one but choosing different types/categories was no provided as an option, so after I placed my order I called into customer service to ask if it could be done and so it was noted in my order. When you are in your cart, reviewing your items it would be extremely helpful if there was an edit or change button option here to make changes if any are needed. The only options was to edit my card or remove the items completely so I had to back out and reselect my item again to make the changes that I want and then remove the one that was already in my cart. Extra steps or work, that's not really needed! Overall, it has been nice doing business with you. Thank you so much!
My daughter received her flowers early afternoon on her birthday is the only good thing I can say now! The flowers that see showed me that were from her dad and I that I ordered off this website were NOT THE FLOWERS THAT I ORDERED! NOT EVEN CLOSE! I then contacted customer service right away that same day and wasn't able to get through to speak to anyone, it was probably because of my phone, so I sent an email to you regarding my order and that it was not right! And I was very upset, because I would not have spent $80 on what my daughter actually got, asked about policies and requested someone get back to me on this ASAP please and as of today I haven't heard a word from anyone either by phone or email regarding this problem! The only email I have received was a discount/coupon after my order, and this survey! Not real impressed with this website/company so far!
The flowers were beautiful, but I purchased the premium bouquet and it did not seem much larger.

I normally use you a lot, but the last few times, i was very disappointed with the flowers that were sent. I hope they are better this time.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
