The order was delivered and sounds like all in good order. I had tried to follow up with specific instructions to deliver after 3 p.m. and no substitutions on the flowers but did not seem to be a way to send those instructions.
I ordered three St. Patrick's Day arrangements to be delivered to three different locations in the Chicago suburbs. I was extremely pleased with the floral arrangement. It was identical to the photo on the site! Plus it was delivered late morning, which was earlier than I had anticipated. I loved getting the delivery confirmation as well. Thanks again! I would highly recommend this company! Your customers will not be disappointed!
My sister sent me a picture of the plant arrangement, and it looked pretty nice I had asked for the mylar balloon to say "Thinking of You", but my sister said the balloon said "Get Well". I assume they did not have the balloon for which I asked...The occasion was a birthday for my sister and a get well for my brother-in-law.
Service and handling is a bit pricey...

Wasn't delivered before noon as I paid for...then received an email stating if it wasn't delivered (the email came at 3pm after numerous attempts to contact or get the name of the florist) it could take between 24-48 hours! WHAT A RACKET! WHAT A FRAUD! WHAT A SCAM TO BE REPORTED AND PUT ON ALL REVIEWS ON LINE AND THE BBB!

This was a birthday surprise for my mom. I set up delivery of these items for tomorrow Friday March 18. She called me and thanked me for items today. She received them a day early. I'm pretty disappointed as this was for her birthday.
