For never sending flowers outside of the United States before this was a good experience. It's expensive! You would think if you have having a local shop in England delivering the flowers and you are ordering them online that the prices could be better. But the flowers are beautiful.

This order was not delivered by noon, even though I paid for expedited service. It was apparently delivered around 4:00 in the afternoon. PLEASE REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD. The arrangement was not as similar to the picture you provide on your web site as I hoped (allowing for changes by the local florist). It had a lot of filler in it, and your picture does not. It was taller, in a larger vase and your picture shows a smaller, compact arrangement which is what I intended to send. I cannot say that I am pleased with your service.

I don't like the fact that they wait till checkout to tell you about the 15 dollar handling charge and they charged 3 dollars for same day delivery and I got next day delivery. My aunt was very happy with the flowers so that was all that mattered. I did not mind paying the handling charge but it should be told before you get to the checkout page. People don't like to be hit with surprises like that and my sister was trying to order from you also and she refused because of the surprise handling charge. Just thought you might like to know about this so you don't lose future customers. Thanks for your service.
I am very pleased with experience with fromyouflowers.com! I live overseas and ordered balloons for my son's birthday. I had to write back and change the delivery date (with one day's notice) and I immediately received a confirmation that that would be possible. My son contacted me upon receiving the balloons, and they were delivered on time as requested.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
