The handling charge of 14.99 was a surprise at check out
I was not happy with my order. The flowers did not look like what was advertised. I felt I did not get what I paid for,, it was a very small flower display and some of the flowers were wilted. It was not worth the price and I was embarrassed to give it as a gift. I would not recommend this site to others and in the future will order flowers else where.
Very dissatisfied, I did not get what the pic showed,my order was in a basket, what the pic showed was in a white metal container,I won't order from you again...

I did NOT get the flowers ordered by the picture. Very disappointed by that. Some flowers were delivered and the balloon and the candy. I wish it had been the flowers on the picture indicated.
