The flowers were beautiful, the only problem was I paid for early delivery and they came late than I hoped. I did receive an email stating that you would refund the early delivery fee so everything is fine.

I was very disappointed with the bouquet I ordered for my mothers 95th birthday. It was smaller than it looked on the web site. I even upgraded to "deluxe". I can't even imagine what it would have looked like without the upgrade. The flowers were delivered yesterday on the 19th. I saw the flowers today and they are already wilting. The three purple roses were tiny compared to the photo. Very disappointed.

My friend has lost her husband and I was so thrilled to send her the pictured arrangement.
The flower photo she sent was NOT even close or did it have the beauty of the expensive arrangement that I selected.
I am so disappointed that in this grieving time that I didn't get the special arrangement that was selected for my dear friend. The effort was not in the arrangement at all. It had no greenery showing in the photo it was all flower and special container and was not supposed to be in a fish bowl. The actual was all greenery and very little flowers for what I paid. The service fee was $15 and the arrangement was to be $ over $56.
I wish you could fix this so I don't have to complain and can share with others how amazing you are!

Not happy. I received an email confirming delivery. This was a birthday gift. I live in the same neighborhood so when I passed by her house I saw the flowers sitting on her front porch in the sun. So I took the flowers and I guess you can say that "I delivered them to her in her house". How would she know that they were sitting on her front porch?
I would hope that someone would have called her to let her know...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
