Please see below comment. I used the $20 gift card to order my mom flowers in a mug so that she could think of me when she drank morning coffee in the future. She was delivered flowers in what looks like a watering can...this is the second time I've used your site and both times you've delivered nothing like what was ordered. I will not be using your services anymore. There are too many good services available in Houston to try yours for a 3rd time and fear another screw up.
The only reason I am using your site is because I have a $20 gift card that was issued due to a mistake on your companies behalf with my last order. I ordered a brown teddy for a small child's "get well soon" and they were delivered a green bear.

Seems like a lot of hidden fees, but the arrangements looked promising. The actual arrangement sent was different in several ways from the one pictured/purchased. However, it does appear larger than expected, which was appreciated in light of the differences from offer. Overall I'm happy with the order and experience. I'll just remember to be flexible in future expectations.
I wanted to buy a less expensive bunch but there is a minimum of $34.99 in that area. I expect you will make it worth it as usual, though. I have ordered from you before, and the recipients were very happy with your flowers.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
