I was disappointed with the size of the arrangement. For 62.00 I thought it would be larger.
I purchased the middle size as I thought the smaller one would be too small and the one I received looks like it should be the small one. That being said, the flowers were very fresh and had wonderful scent to them.
As it's so hard to judge on the screen as to what size things are, I guess I probably will order from my local florist from now on, so I can physically see the flowers and make sure I'm happy with what I'm paying for.

I would recommend for a few reasons 1) ordering process simple, 2) confirmation email when delivery complete, 3) what I ordered online was exactly what was delivered, 4) customer service team was excellent and pleasant in answering phone calls. All around great experience!
Beautiful flowers
At first I was happy with the ordering online because I was not able to be there in person, but when it came to tracking and talking to customer service to follow-up on my order and not being able to talk to someone, and emailing my request to find out status of my delivery. It went completely down hill. I spent over 2 hours from 4pm to 6pm tracking my order that was to be delivered by 5pm so that the flowers (spray) would be there to go along with my Aunt to the Church for her Wake. I called both the Delivery site (funeral home) and From you Flowers customer service and also website. Finally after calling back and talking to a representative, she informed me to hold on the line and someone would pick up after about 4 minutes. The gentleman that picked up helped as much as he could. He called the florist and he said that they said the order was delivered at 4pm. I reconfirmed that I had been talking to the funeral home and before I spoke with him they had not received the order. Then he called the florist back and he said they said it was delivered at 5:15. I shared that they just said it was delivered at 4pm. He then called the funeral home and they told him they had just been delivered at this time it was around 5:30pm. The funeral home nicely took the flower to the church where my aunt's service had already started. I received the name of the florist from the funeral home from the card and I called the florist (Virginia Beach Florist) and asked them why was the delivery late and they shared that they had a delivery time of 6pm and they said that is when the service was to start. I shared that I did not list that information and all my delivery times as well as on the website was delivery by 5pm. She also shared her apologies and said that she would send in a note as well. I was happy with the communication with the florist and also ok with the communication I finally received from FromYouFlowers, but under the circumstances it was not a happy situation and this experience definitely added more stress to the situation of the passing of my aunt. Next time I will use my money wisely and just call the florist in the area directly. I'm sure I would have felt a lot better about spending $97. This was not the best experience I have had ordering online from a company that I do not have direct contact with. The flowers arrived but it took a lot of time additional time and energy from a lot of people.
Thank you for the fast service and delivering on a weekend. Since the product was not delivered to me, I'm unable to say if I'm satisfied with the quality or not. No complaints from the recipient so I'm assuming all is well.
The bear was larger than we anticipated, which is great! The $10 Sat. Charge was disappointing though.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
