The flowers I purchased were not the flowers that we're delivered. The purchasing experience was fine, the delivery was late but that was explained with an apology. However they said they would upgrade for free, I had already purchased the mid level flowers so it should have been updated to the largest, it was not and it was not the flowers that I had purchased.

Easy to find different bouquets. Would have liked to pick vase or cup flowers were going in and would have liked an explanation regarding normal business hours versus charge for same day delivery etc
I didn't see the $14.99 handling charge until the end of my order. I would have made the purchase anyway but don't like to feel as if charges are being "snuck" in. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with everything else.
I had a very hard time finding out the shipping costs upfront. But finally found a discount for free shipping so then I was happy.
