I placed an order for my sister in the hospital and I got an error that they could not authorize charge. I thought maybe I entered a number wrong so resubmitted again and got same error. I checked my bank statement online and they charged my card twice! I immediately called their customer service and the guy said he could find no order placed. He told me he could not help me and now I'm out $100 bucks and the company will not tell me what's going on! Stay away from this company!

The Service/Handling charges should be disclosed prior to the last step of payment. Sneaking it in at the last second appears like a shady business tactic. We'll see how nice the flowers are before deciding how legit this site is.

I ordered same day delivery and wasn't able to get my order. Then I was told I would get the next flower arrangement up from what I ordered for the delay. When I saw what my grandmother received it looked like a smaller arrangement. I am pretty disappointed with not only the service but with the product.

These flowers were not for me. I had them sent to my mom after she got out of the hospital. I wish it
Had been possible for them to have been delivered a little earlier, but she is thrilled with the beauty and
Quality of the product and the price was less than half of what I was expecting to pay. I had difficulty navigating ordering on the website, but that could be my lack of expertise in shopping online. Also, I wasn't happy when I was finalizing my order and was hit with add-ons (I thought the vase was included in the original price.) But all-in-all I am satisfied with the end result and glad my mom is happy.
