I entered my email address in at the beginning of the purchase (to receive the 20% discount); however I never received an email from your company. Thus, I couldn't apply a discount to my total. The flowers didn't look like the picture at all. I paid way to much for a premium package that looked more like a less than standard package.

I sent my sister-in-law the Deluxe Spring Sunrise Bouquet. She texted me a picture of them, and they did not look like the picture I ordered from. It didn't have enough hot pink roses & pink asters. Also, the middle of the bouquet looked like it had a hole in it with no visible flowers, possibly happened in transporting. The picture I ordered from was very full & colorful, but the picture I saw did not appear to be that way.
Great shopping took me 5mins thank u I well be returning back to buy my daughter 15th bday flowers.
