Thought it would be a nice gesture to send my sick Uncle flowers to his hospital room. Well I was wrong! Too many things that could go wrong went wrong. I paid for same day service and also expedited service within 4 hours of ordering. Flowers never made it had to call and be reimbursed. Then my mothers order didn't get the attached balloon I paid for so another call to be reimbursed for that. Then the vase for my mothers order was delivered clear when the picture specified it would be purple to match the flowers. This company is useless and does not deliver on their promises. I did speak to 2 nice people out of the 4 I called. Overall experience dissatisfied and never will order from here again. Advice to all go directly to your local florist instead of dealing with this "middle man service".
I was pleased in choosing this arrangement, but when I arrived at the Funeral Home for Anna Malfa's wake, I was a little disappointed in the arrangement as the mum flowers looked crushed, some of the other flowers did not look as fresh for same day delivery, and took away from the beauty of the arrangement.
Would you advise me which florist you used for this order in Wilmington, as I will not want to use them again, and go to another florist in the general area of Wilmington/Tewksbury.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
