Quick, easy, and it arrived on time. Well done.
The arrangement was beautiful. I allowed the florist to design something for my mother in law and she was very surprised and loved it! Will maybe use them again, only downside the handling charges were almost as much as the flowers and I was offered 20% off for giving my email on the order but did not receive it.

I did not like the people magazine offer... it felt like a software install that tries to install extra stuff that you didn't want. If it was check to ADD, rather than to remove, that would appear less shady to my mind. Otherwise, the amazon and paypal checkout options were nice.
Vendors were unable to make the delivery on-time. Otherwise, nothing exceptional, but it worked for what it was.

Easy to use site with no difficulties placing the order. However it did take almost 8 hours for delivery to get to me when I paid for it to be here in 4 hours

My Lillie's are dying and I just got them Monday. I needed them for Thursday for my wedding bouquet. I'm taking great care by trimming the ends and using the flower powder that came with it. I had to go buy different white flowers to accommodate my bouquet.
This is my second order from this site and I loved it. The multicolored roses were so vibrant, they were beautiful! Very easy to communicate with also.

I ordered at 8:30 in the morning for a same day delivery. I paid the extra money to have it delivered in a four hour time frame. That was at 8:30am. The flowers did not get to my friend until 4:30pm. I was not happy. I even called at 2:30pm and asked the status, and she said "sorry, they won't be delivering until 4pm." No offer to refund the expidited amount that I paid. Needless to say, I won't be ordering through this site again.
