There was no card and it was half of the plant in the picture. There were three orchids coming up from the pic and this mini orchid has 2, I finally noticed the one. I thought there was only 1 when I first looked at it. I am very disappointed with this purchase. I can put it back in the box just like this and send it back for a refund, can I do that?

Site is confusing; couldn't write the card in the way I wanted; took way too much time; the flowers delivered didn't look much like the flowers pictured on the website - colors; quantities were much less. I paid what I considered a moderate price for the flowers and got less than I expected.

I have ordered from this site on 3 separate occasions. Once was for a funeral, and I had no problems with that order. So I felt confident ordering again. However, the 2nd time I ordered did not go as well. I was not able to get any tracking updates on the website. I contacted customer service, who did not respond to my email until after the flowers had already arrived. The arrangement was quite sparse looking for the amount of money I paid for it. I was disappointed. But I decided to order again, as not many places offer same day delivery. Yet again, I was not able to get any type of tracking updates on the website and my email to customer service has gone unanswered. All I can hope for at this point is that the flowers are lovely and arrive on time given the extra charge for same day delivery, on top of the already quite expensive delivery charges. Not really sure if I will be ordering again from this site, but I doubt it.

I ordered the florist's choice of design and I never been disappointed. This time, I am very disappointed! A florist choice was 6 carnations and babies breath! No real design elements and the florist picked the cheapest flowers available! This arrangement was for a dear friend's birthday. I am not a happy customer
