3/24/16 Well paid for expedited delivery by noon & recv'd about 4pm, wasn't deluxe size & flat on one side, only filled from the front & some of the flowers already dead, less than 24hrs. They only offered credit for late delivery.

I had ordered the deluxe none of the lilies bloom the arrangement was more as if it was a medium

I specifically picked out (and upgraded) a vase of flowers which included sunflowers to send to an employee of mine. The vase only contained one yellow gerbera daisy mixed in with the lower end flowers, and not one sunflower. I was truly disappointed that it was not at all what I ordered.

The ordering was seamless. The flowers arrived in a timely manner and are very pretty but of course the picture on the internet always looks better. I thought that the arrangement would be fuller. I also thought that is was coming from a local florist but instead they were shipped from NJ via UPS

The item that my mother received looked nothing like the picture on your website. It had about 3 times as much greenery and 3x less flowers. It had two measly roses in it and no small purple flowers like what was visible in the picture.

I ordered this last minute and it was perfect! Delivered same day, beautiful arrangement of quality products. Highly recommend! I will use this service again.

I expected a larger box of chocolates for the medium size price of $15.00

I put a phone number on the order for the person receiving the flowers. We had a blizzard in MN yesterday and it is cold today. She did not receive a call and flowers were left on the side step. If I didn't do tracking on this, they would probably still be sitting out there...frozen. For the cost of shipping, they should at least ring the door bell with flowers, if they are not going to call the receiving party.
