I didn't see the product delivered, but recipient says they were the most beautiful flowers anyone has ever sent her. Obviously the florist used in El Dorado, Ks is much better if than the one used here in Topeka, Ks.

Would have liked a time stamp or text when the flowers were deliverd. I ordered the night prior and paid an extra amount to have flowers delivered before 12 and they did not show up until 2pm.

THE REAL ISSUE IS THE FLOWERS.
They were great
There was an error with shipping which resulted in the flowers not being delivered as requested. Instead I had to pick them up at a ups warehouse at 8:30 pm wHicham was pretty much to late for a anniversary gift.
Very easy - nice selection. I was informed that they were unable to make my delivery date and offered to upgrade my choice and refund my day of charge, I was thrilled. Usually you have to fight to get something back. They actually reached out to me ready to fix the problem! The flowers they sent to my mom for her birthday were amazing!

The flower shop was unable to deliver the flowers the day I ordered them because the recipient did not have a hospital room assigned yet. The shop delivered them the next morning. Unfortunately, they sat at the nurses station most of the day. When I called fromyouFlowers.com, I received the absolute best customer service. The employee even called the hospital nurses station and confirmed they were still there. Thanks you so much to all of the service reps that assisted me, you have wonderful employees. :)

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
