The arrangement was very pretty. It appeared smaller than I expected based on the 'premium' upgrade. It would be helpful if a better description was given for each price point. There is no real way to tell if you are getting what you paid for. Also, the image/description said the arrangement would have succulents mixed in which was a selling point for us. The image that was sent from the recipient did not have any succulents. That was disappointing.
I ordered for daughter in law's bday and did not see it in person, but she sent a picture and it looked exactly as advertised! It is gorgeous! The container, ribbons, balloons are all perfect! It's such a HAPPY bouquet! Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

Ordered flowers for my sister's 65 birthday. First, let me thank you for delivering this particular arrangement to her area. FTD and 1-800 flowers would not. Secondly, the arrangement (flower birthday cake) was absolutely beautiful, better than I hoped and she was thrilled.

Confirmation was sent out about an hour before they were delivered causing me to call customer support. Might try to only send confirmation after delivery was made. Otherwise satisfied.
Easy to view and had a nice variety without outrageous pricing. Wish I had a picture of the flowers that were delivered to my Aunt. She never sent me a picture. Maybe you could include a picture of what you are delivering. It would be a nice touch! Then it would be easier to write a review since I can't see the flowers in person.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
