I don't appreciate seeing the extra 14.99 handling fee at the very end of the ordering process, like it is hidden until you are about to confirm order. Sneaky. Best to show up front or earlier in ordering process.
The first time i ordered from them, I was very excited because it was so easy for me to get flowers to my mom who lived abroad. However, 2/3 orders were messed up and they are absolutely do not care about their customers.
They are absolutely horrible and do not follow through on what you pay for and are extremely over priced for what they give you. They failed to deliver my flowers on Mother's Day, in which they also charged me extra for delivery on that date. They also forgot to give a box of chocolates for my mothers birthday, which cost me 20 dollars extra, and failed to notify me that it was not delivered. Had I not talked to my mom to ask her about the chocolates, they would have scammed me out of 20 dollars. Their customer service lady was absolutely horrific on the phone and completely unapologetic or understanding. I will never order from them again, despite the credit they offered me as a refund for the chocolate. I just want my money back.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
