Unfortunately, I paid for the Express Shipping for my item to be delivered within regular business hours. The items arrived significantly late (I am guessing around 8 pm or 9 pm), fortunately my boyfriend had not checked out of the hotel yet. I had to ruin his birthday surprise and tell him to make sure he checked with front desk before he left because he had a package on the way.
I submitted request for update via your ticket system and never received a call back within the hour you stated. Also, when I contacted you, you sales rep who was very nice, could not assist me because it was now after hours and the florist was closed. Your staff are very professional and friendly (I would have had a horrible experience overall if they were not).
I am grateful the package arrived, but for the price I paid and the level of stress associated with delivery it was not worth it.
He did love the basket and was very happy he had two cokes in it (his favorite drink). Unfortunately, he had to leave at a friends house because he couldn't take it out of town with him. He had not time to pack it.
Overall, the quality of the product I ordered was Amazing. The customer service High Quality. Delivery...Poor (If someone would have called to say there was a delay, this would not have been an issue. Considering the I paid a total of $97 I should have received a call).

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
