Disappointed in deliver time
I was disappointed in the number of blooms delivered in the bouquet. The bouquet did not match the description or picture on your website. I.e. Description states for 'cotton candy' to have white and pink Roses plus carnations. There were only 4 pink roses + carnations and others in the bouquet.
My first experience was terrible. My second experience was better, but the picture of the flowers showed more greenery than flowers. The recipient liked them, thankfully.

Handling fee was added at the last screen and not sure what it is for. There was no description of services. Saw it last after I went through all the trouble to create card and set order. I got to the point here I said what the heck just ordered the flowers. Definitely not a good way to run business.

Very dissatisfied with the look of the flowers. My sister sent photos and they look nothing like I ordered. I had more pink flowers and less roses. Where were the orange flowers? I did get a orange vase that was nice. I would like a small credit to get my daughter flowers on her birthday on June 15th. Otherwise I will order elsewhere. Thanks for sending something though.

I requested the flowers to be delivered on May 26. They were delivered on the 23rd! Not Happy!
The flowers that were delivered were not what I ordered. I ordered the pink roses and lilies. While what was delivered was beautiful, it was not what I wanted. I specifically ordered my daughter's favorite flowers for her birthday.
I called after they were delivered and the gentleman that I talked to told me the florist must have run out of flowers as he was not able to reach the florist. He offered me a 10% refund. Which I agreed to at the time as there was nothing else to do at that time.
I would like a full refund or for the actual flowers that I ordered to be delivered to my daughter.

Website user friendly. Shipping cost high. I saw size choices for arrangement but actual arrangement was still much smaller than photo. They weren't arranged as nice as photo and roses were already fully opened. Disappointed.

This was a gift I purchased for a friend, so most of the questions do not apply.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
