I rec'd a phone call from "fromyouflowers" telling me that they were unable to deliver my flowers today because of some miscommunication between them and the florist. They said they could have them delivered on Monday and asked if that would be OK and said they would give me some kind of credit. I was so upset, that I don't even remember what the credit was! I told the lady, that called, that the reason I set up the delivery today was because, I felt, there would be a better chance of finding them at home today. She wanted to know if it would be OK if she sent out a letter of apology. I said NO! I informed her, that this is the second order I have placed with this company and there has been a problem with both orders. I told her to have me taken off the email list and just give me a credit for my order. When I got off the phone and needless to say, I was VERY UPSET, I rec'd a phone call, voice message, from my girlfriend, telling me thank you for the beautiful flowers.
The last time, after 3 emails of complaints, I was apologized to and sent a gift coupon, which had to be used by a certain time, naturally, with an order. I swore I would never order from them again. I took a chance and another problem, that turned out to not be a problem, because the flowers were delivered, but they were not aware of that. I was upset over the whole situation, very unnecessarily.

Will not order from this company in the future, and please note that shipping dates are NOT accurate. There was a timer counting down and indicated I had 44 minutes for same day. I only found out it was not when I called to check status because it hadn't arrived. First person was rude and hung up on me after I said I deserved a partial refund. Second person apologized and agreed to a 20% credit. They wanted to give me a coupon for future order but I don't plan to use them again. The order was around $100 and really needed to be on time or not advertised same day.

For the amount of money I spent the flowers did not meet my expectations. They looked as if they were about 4 days old. The roses where completely open, not what you'd expect from same day delivery. They reminded me of an arrangement of flowers that had sat on my counter for 4 to 5 days.
Delivery was delayed by 24 hours!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
