My first experience was for my mom's memorial and it wasn't the best.
I ordered again for my mother in laws birthday and I ordered the deluxe version which cost me $40 for about 10 lousy flowers paid extra for 2 balloons which 1 1/2 days later are flat! Aweful!
My husband wanted to surprise me with 2 dozen white roses. He paid for 2 day delivery... Here's what took place.
1. Flowers were NOT delivered in 2 days as promised
2. Flowers were delivered to SOMEONE ELSE in my office
3. Flowers were in a box that looked like it had gone through an incinerator that's how bad the box was beat up and there was no vase to even put the flowers in.
4. The fact that the roses were even delivered in a box. This was not told to my husband or else he would have never purchased.
5. The roses that were delivered WERE HALF DEAD. They were halfway brown when they should have been all white.
We will NEVER use this place ever again and you shouldn't either.
Box was delivered to the bottom of my stairs and not to my door. My neighbor brought it up to me - thank, God. It could have been stolen at that bottom of the stairs. Otherwise, the flowers are beautiful and after following instructions the buds are already opening up.

I wasn't happy with the Amt of tulips I got for that price. I could've gotten twice the amt for the same price from 1-800-flowers. And the hand written note from the florist wasn't in good taste.
I was very satisfied with my flowers my girlfriend like them a lot I would highly recommend using this site to get flowers

I order from here all the time and I'm usually satisfied with the flowers that are sent. My last purchase I made was terrible due to the fact that half the flowers were already dead. I was quite upset that this type of service even came from your company. I may not use this company again.
I paid extra to have them delivered in the morning and it was almost 4:00 PM when they were delivered. That's not acceptable to me and to make things right at a very minimumyou should refund the $4.99 I paid or give me credit on my next order if you want to keep my business.
Site was easy to navigate, the floral arrangement with balloons was perfect for Sammy. Her mom sent me a video of them being delivered, the delivery guy was very sweet. I'll definitely use the site again

The receipient responded how beautiful and fresh the flowers were when she received them; commenting too how pretty the bow & basket looked as well! First time I used and pleased with everything.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
