Upon seeing a photo of the delvered item, I was a bit underwhelmed considering the price and the online photo. Arrangement was in a bowl not the keepsake basket as pictured and did not appear as full as I had thought for the deluxe upgrade.

Easy and affordable. Shipping charges too high. When multiple orders sent to one address, that should be considered for lower shipping cost. Expedited delivery did not happen. Had to call to speak to a customer representative who was helpful. The online email never responded to my concern about late delivery. Waiting for my $9.98 refund for expedited shipping.
