Very easy shopping on this site putting my faith in the delivery and quality of the products ordered will use site again pending the above I ordered an deluxe size Easter. Basket the ribbon was not a spring time color it was navy blue and white I didn't see the additional candies inclusions that were suppose to upgrade it from the regular to the deluxe but I guess it was sight unseen
I like the varietynof sympathy flowers, plants. Viewing the variety was an easy process. I pray you send the beautiful flowers I have chosen to the grieving family. I am hoping the bright yellow selection will bring sunshine in the midst of their sorrow! The deceased sister loves the arrangement and tells me that the are sitting in the center of their livingfoom window. She was surprised that she recognized the florist as one she used previously and for decades. She also informed me that the rattan basket will be used for a while to come. Linda loves my choice of beautiful flowers. I am pleased about the service, delivery and beauty. The price, on the other hand was not bad but the handling/delivery of $15.00 dollars was a bit much! Thank you, for seeing to it that the Banister/Griffin family received my Sympathy basket!

Easy to find thing. Nice arrangements to select from. The person that the flowers were deliver the first time was impressed that it was someone that delivered the arrangement instead of flowers in a box.
The flowers that were delivered today didn't seem really fresh. Several flowers were already fully open and one is drooping down. I had my dad send me a picture.

The product as received was no where near what was shown on your website. This was definitely not worth the $68.00 total that I paid. Around 8 candy bars in a tiny little basket. I could have shipped my own in a prettier box for half that. This was for my Grandson and now I will be sending him something else to make up for this disappointment.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
