I ordered flowers for my mom who is 94 and in a nursing home in pennsylvania.
I was misled by your picture of the spring is near boquet and what my mom actually received.
I even ordered the Deluxe instead of the lesser one. I expected to see flowers as pictured in the picture online.
What she received was nothing like pictured. Very misleading.
I don't intend to order from your company again and I certainly will tell all of my friends of how misleading the pictures are on line. Glad I didn't order the smallest vase of flowers.

The order was beautiful and perfect! My only issue was I paid for delivery before noon and it was not delivered until afternoon. It worked out fine but I would not have paid extra had I known. Would be nice to get the 4.99 credited back

I like the service but not the last minute surprise charges for handling fees, etc. Also it looked very different from the photo I ordered from. It was OK, but I had thought I was sending a specific color and it turned out to be hot pink.

The only recommendation I can make is to supply a description with the pictures. When looking at the small pic "You're In My Heart", I thought I was ordering a dozen roses. As it turned out, they were roses and carnations. A nice arrangement, but really not what I intended to order, was wanting a dozen roses. Guess I should have looked closer, but a description would be helpful. If you do have that, I may have missed it. Also I noticed the "regular, something else, and Premium, did not explain what the difference in choices were. Just a selection and difference in price, had no idea what the difference was, although figured it was better because of the increased price. But I just ordered the regular, didn't know the difference.
