The delivery was a day late and caused confusion because there was a email confirmation but recipients hadn't received...got it straightened out with the we care link...delivery came a few hours after that

Easy to do -- hope flowers are delivered in good condition and on the day I requested.

The beautiful artistically-arranged flower arrangement came around noon yesterday as requested -- and they have given me so much joy and added so much pleasure to each day -- I wish I could afford fresh flowers every week because of the miracle and wonder that I see in each flower. I am looking forward to enjoying these for quite a few more days. Thank you so much!

So far; so good. Now just need to find out if what is delivered is what I ordered.

Looked cheap. Not enough blue flowers. Got the deluxe but you wouldn't have known it if I didn't tell you.

Glass block base not as described. Was plain glass base with paper insert with colored block scenes on it.

Won't order online anymore. This 3rd time I've been disappointed.

Prices are really high

Prices are really high. Delivery cost was unexpectedly high at check out. Selection was limited for what i was looking for.
My Mom received a flower arrangement...IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED! My son picked the happy mug with flowers for his Grandma because she just found out that she has lung cancer and he wanted to cheer her up, instead she gets a chick with an egg or something else. They changed the arrangement without even calling me. It was delivered at 7:30PM at night. I was disappointed with my very expensive flowers that weren't what I ordered.
